Job Opportunity: Foamed Insulation Applicator (NOC 72321) \u2013 Full-Time, Permanent

Brock Canada Industrial Ltd., located in Kitimat, BC, is seeking to hire a full-time, permanent Foamed Insulation Applicator. The ideal candidate will possess a trade certificate or diploma, have the ability to communicate in English, and have 1\u20132 years of experience in the insulation field.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
\n\u2022 Select the appropriate type of insulation required.
\n\u2022 Instruct apprentices.
\n\u2022 Measure and cut insulating materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools.
\n\u2022 Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods.
\n\u2022 Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs.
\n\u2022 Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials.
\n\u2022 Supervise other workers.
\n\u2022 Apply waterproofing cement or other materials over insulating materials.
\n\u2022 Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers.
\n\u2022 Estimate costs and materials.
\n\u2022 Operate CADD and other computer software systems.
\n\u2022 Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment.
\n\u2022 Remove asbestos, ceramic fibres, lead, mould, and urea-formaldehyde insulation materials from buildings.<\/p>\n
What We Offer:
\nCompetitive wage: $32.50 \u2013 $45.00 per hour (based on experience)<\/p>\n
